Modern Slavery
Ensuring we operate to the highest standards and create the best working conditions for our staff.
We take the time to be diligent and fully understand our areas of operation and any potential risks in the supply chain. Our compliance manager works with our senior managers Business Unit Leads to ensure we have visibility of all the people delivering our services and that we can assure ourselves that their engagement is ethical and compliant.
Our workforce are predominantly permanent staff who are directly employed with full employment rights and legal protection. Contracted staff are sourced from third parties that adhere to the Modem Slavery Standard.
Our Code of Conduct clearly defines the ethical behaviour expected of our workforce including clear escalation paths they must follow if they suspect illegal or unethical activities, regardless of where that activity originates.

Policies and Practices Preventing Modern Slavery
In‑House Management
We believe the most effective way to prevent slavery and human trafficking within our operations is to ensure that our services are managed directly by prosource.it personnel. This ensures full visibility of all people delivering our services and allows us to verify that their engagement is ethical and compliant. We do not impose compulsory overtime, nor do we ever retain or confiscate identification documents.
Services Predominantly Delivered by Employees
Our services are primarily delivered by employees directly engaged by prosource.it, reducing reliance on third parties within our supply chain. This ensures our people are properly employed, have full employment rights, and are protected by applicable legislation. Our employees are free to terminate their employment at any time.Where external suppliers are used, these are typically small businesses. We require them to demonstrate best practice through appropriate evidence and warranties. We do not employ or engage workers under the age of 16 and ensure that any young workers remain appropriately protected. We assess our entire supply chain annually to identify any increased risks or new indicators of modern slavery.
Code of Conduct
Our company code of conduct, The Prosource Way, outlines clear standards of ethical behaviour expected of all employees. It provides defined escalation routes for reporting suspected illegal or unethical activity, regardless of origin. It safeguards the rights of individuals to freedom of movement and association, prohibits discrimination, and forbids any threats of violence, harassment, or intimidation.
