Our Leadership Team

A founding Director of prosource.it, Stewart has a BSc in Biochemistry from Aberdeen University and Diploma in Management Studies from Robert Gordon University. After 12 years managing accounts for blue chip corporate customers at Computacenter, Stewart decided to look for new challenges and left to start up an IT services company, Promac, with Steve Mackie in late 1999. In the years following its merger to form prosource.it in June 2003, he assumed the Commercial Director role whilst continuing to manage global IT infrastructure projects for prosource’s customers. In 2011, in support of the company’s growth, Stewart became Managing Director. Stewart has three children and lives in Aberdeen. His outside interests include motor racing, skiing and country sports.

Steve is a founding director of prosource.it, working in the company since 1999. He graduated in Computing Science from Aberdeen University in 1987 and has been working in IT Services since then. After over two decades working as an IT tech and then Project Manager, Steve now has an assurance role within prosource.it, taking board responsibility for general compliance. Outside of work, Steve enjoys an active lifestyle and runs most days. He enjoys travelling with his wife and looks forward to the ski season.

Shane's IT career spans more than 20 years, having worked his way through the technical and operational management ranks before becoming a member of prosource.it’s Leadership Team in 2012. As the Business Unit Lead for Aberdeen, Shane has accountability for contractual and commercial relationships with regional customers and assures service delivery quality and standards. Originally from Banchory, Aberdeenshire, Shane lives in Aberdeen with his family, maintaining an interest in the technical aspects of IT.

Erin originally joined prosource as a summer intern. After receiving her LLB from the University of Glasgow, she returned in 2005 to provide operational and project support to prosource’s energy clients. She has held a variety of roles in head office and now concentrates on her passions – quality, information security and workplace wellbeing. Erin has two children, and she is an avid reader.

Jemma joined prosource.it in February 2011 and leads the UK HR team, based in Aberdeen. Jemma is a graduate of Robert Gordon University, with degrees in Forensic Science with Law, and Human Resource Management. She has chartered CIPD membership. Jemma joined prosource as a HR Advisor and has progressed her career over the years, stepping into the HR Manager role in April 2022. In her spare time, Jemma enjoys spending time with family and keeping active!

Tom joined prosource.it in 2004 as a Project Manager, following an IT career at Schlumberger which encompassed technical and management roles. Part of the head office team since 2006, he has had responsibility for a wide range of operational and project work as the company has grown – including a variety of HR, Finance, Contracts, Account Management and Line Management activities. Current responsibilities include internal resourcing, operational support for key accounts, and a focus on internal improvement initiatives. Tom lives in Aberdeenshire with his wife and three children, and enjoys walking and skiing.

Jeni joined prosource.it in 2013 and takes overall responsibility for group finance. She has an honours degree in Graphic Communications Management and a Masters in Business Management, and has been a Chartered Accountant since 2006. Prior to joining us Jeni worked with an independent accountancy firm and a housing construction company. In her free time, Jeni competes in triathlons and goes for long walks with her dog.

Throughout his 30 year career within the IT Industry, Ian has held senior positions within multiple oil and gas enterprises, defining and delivering strategic change and operational efficiencies. Originally from an offshore telecoms and IT background, Ian joined prosource.it in 2015 and subsequently moved to the US to lead the Americas Business Unit in 2017.As VP for prosource.it Americas, Ian is focused on defining and developing the prosource.it business model to enhance operations and provide leadership across the US teams.Ian now lives in Houston with his wife and daughter. He is a rugby and motorcycle fanatic and when he gets time, likes to get out on the golf course.

After a brief foray into architecture, Alan moved into a diverse and varied career in the IT industry. Working for Computacenter and then Solutions in Aberdeen, Alan then moved to Belgium to head up a global Citrix deployment for DHL. In 2000, a move to prosource.it and a long-term placement in an oil major had him on a variety of global infrastructure and desktop initiatives, where he has transitioned from technical project leadership, to full program management. Most recently, Alan has been engaged on global digital programs. As one of the Business Unit Leads within prosource.it, Alan is responsible for both business development, and managing the resources within his remit. Alan lives in Houston with his wife, and they have four children. He is an avid cyclist, and longs for the cold, snowy ski slopes. He's a keen Houston Astros baseball fan, and still wonders about the point of American football.

Nick has worked for prosource.it since graduating from university in 2001. He holds a BSc in Computing from Aberdeen’s Robert Gordon University. Through the years Nick has worked with a number of major oil and gas clients and has been responsible for the management and delivery of several global multimillion dollar projects. Nick is one of the US company’s Business Unit Leads. His rewarding and challenging role is made easier with his extensive experience in delivery and resource management. He is a strong believer in customer service and enjoys the daily challenges of a dynamic, fast-paced and growing business. Nick lives in Houston with his wife, has children, and outside of work has a passion for cars. He loves tinkering with all things mechanical.

Macy is the Head of HR for Americas - overseeing all aspects of the department. She has been working in the field for over 10 years and has experience directing HR within large enterprise concerns falling within oil and gas, restaurant and hospitality, sports marketing, real estate, private aviation, manufacturing, and construction. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications and in 2019, obtained her master’s in human resource management. Macy loves to travel and learn about other cultures; she enjoys an active lifestyle and has a keen interest in fitness and nutrition.

Before joining prosource.it in 2012, Fanny was a division controller at a global electronics contract manufacturer. Previously, she held a variety of financial leadership positions across different sectors. Fanny is a CPA and earned a MBA from the University of Houston, a BBA in Management from the University of Hawaii, and a B.Sc. in Computing Science from the University of Alberta in Canada. She currently lives with her husband in Houston, Texas. In her spare time, she enjoys kayaking, painting and traveling.
