With three decades of experience supporting complex global IT transformations, I focus on bringing clarity, steady guidance and practical direction to challenging technology programmes. I am lucky to have worked with some of the world’s leading organisations across many industries including oil and gas, automotive and financial services. 

I try to translate business needs into solutions that genuinely work for the people who use them. I take a calm, people-centred approach to change and I rely on my technical background to help teams deliver programmes on time and within budget. 

Over the years, I have been part of many successful enterprise transformations. In one example, I supported a large cloud application transformation across 18 countries and 500 applications, acting as a bridge between internal teams and the offshore delivery partner.  In another, I helped migrate, consolidate and streamline multiple legacy platforms to modern integrated solutions. This provided meaningful functional improvements and significantly reduced costs.   

In another example I developed a contracts lifecycle framework to reshape an organisation’s IT contracts lifecycle, which created significant multi-million-pound savings and for another company I led the Core IT Infrastructure services recovery effort, after a major ransomware attack. 

Without a doubt, the most rewarding part of my work is helping clients deliver with confidence and seeing the positive impact technology can have when it truly enables the business to move forward leaner and smarter, giving them the edge.
