Pamela Sinclair

Driven by a passion for helping people, I've had the privilege of working in diverse roles and environments. My career began with training and system support, taking me across the UK, Australia, the Middle East, and America. This experience laid the foundation for my current role in productivity coaching at prosource, where I support and upskill users, helping them embrace new technologies and digital processes.

One of my proudest achievements was establishing and growing a Digital Champions Community. Despite initial challenges, we turned things around, achieving a 58% growth in one year and creating a thriving community of 2,000-3,000 members. This community provided crucial support during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping colleagues feel connected and supported while working from home.

I also played a key role in the global adoption of Microsoft 365, creating training materials, leading campaigns, and driving digital transformation. My journey has been driven by a deep motivation to make people's working lives better. I believe in the power of technology to enhance productivity, foster collaboration, and create a more fulfilling work environment. By helping others navigate and embrace these tools, I aim to empower them to achieve their goals and succeed in their roles.
