An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Communications Lead to join our team. At prosource.it, we build strong, long‑term partnerships with our clients, and this role plays a key part in supporting them through national and global IT transformation programmes. As a Communications Lead, you’ll be a dynamic, self‑motivated professional who enjoys working closely with clients to shape and deliver clear, engaging, end‑to‑end communications. You’ll translate complex technical information into accessible, meaningful content and play an important role across change, engagement, and project delivery. What you’ll do
- Lead communications activity as part of a project delivery team
- Assess change readiness and define communication and change management strategies
- Oversee stakeholder management and communication planning
- Develop communication and marketing strategies to support change and adoption
- Create a wide range of communication and marketing collateral
- Support stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery and implementation
- Clearly communicate the business drivers behind change
- Take responsibility for all written and verbal communications, reporting, and interactions with key stakeholders, including implementation teams, steering committees, and business leaders
- Facilitate workshops across different levels of the organisation to support understanding, engagement, and readiness for change
What to bring
- A proven track record of leading communications for IT projects within large corporate environments, ideally including security programmes
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, and supporting project lifecycle delivery
- Ability to design and deliver communication strategies and plans for complex, multi‑market initiatives
- A creative, solutions‑focused approach with strong experience in producing a wide range of communication materials
- Strong background in brand and identity development
- Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to run workshops and support engagement at all levels
- Experience creating and delivering communications across formats such as emails, newsletters, presentations, posters, intranet content, videos, webinars, and more
- Confident engaging with stakeholders—from senior leaders to frontline teams
- Strong influencing skills, resilience, and cultural awareness
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
- Clear, concise communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in fast-moving, complex environments
- A flexible, proactive, and autonomous approach to work
- Strong problem‑solving abilities
- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject, or equivalent industry experience
