We’re looking for a Desktop Support Team Lead to join our team on a permanent basis in Aberdeen. In this Desktop Support Team Lead role, you will provide day to day management of a local Desktop Support function, coordinating priorities and escalations, mentoring the team and providing hands on support.
What you’ll do
Coordinate the day-to-day work activities (operational and project) across team members
Act as the technical and delivery point of escalation and liaison for the team and stakeholders
Manage the on-call and shift rotas ensuring appropriate cover
Undertake ownership of Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management processes
Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) achievement
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of activities
Promote and manage Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives

ITIL® Foundation and/or have experience of working within an environment which has adopted ITIL® methodology, in particular incident and problem management
