What to bring

As well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with individuals up to Senior Leadership level, the following technical experience is required:

• Essential
  • Self-supporting and proactive
  • Microsoft 365 administration – Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Enterprise Mobility and Security
  • Windows 10 image creation, maintenance and deployment using enterprise tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
  • Mobile Device Management technologies such as Intune
  • Identity and Access Management solutions including Active Directory Domain Services and Azure AD
  • Provision of support governed by the ITIL best practice framework
  • Task automation and scripting using tools such as PowerShell
• Preferred
  • Knowledge of profile/workspace management solutions
  • Knowledge of VDI or Cloud based DaaS services
  • Knowledge of Citrix XenApp
  • Microsoft Certified Accreditations
