An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join our team in Aberdeen to cover maternity leave for up to 10 months. As HR Advisor you will support the achievement of business and people objectives, by providing a customer focussed service. Assisting line managers and our people through professional, commercial and pragmatic HR advice and support. This is a great opportunity to work in a generalist HR team, where you will cover the full range of HR work and gain experience across the full lifecycle of HR. This role is full time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and is currently hybrid working (3 days in the prosource office and 2 days at home).

The salary banding for this role is £34,000 - £40,000 depending on skills and experience
