We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Service Delivery Lead to join our team in Aberdeen. The Service Delivery Lead will support the Business Unit Lead, responding to customer requirements and assuring the delivery performance and quality of prosource.it personnel and services. We are happy to consider candidates who are already working in a similar role as well as candidates who are aspiring to this type of role. What you’ll do
- Support the Business Unit Lead, responding to customer requirements and assuring the delivery performance and quality of prosource.it personnel and services.
- Act as the Customer focal point for designated accounts and services
- Service Reporting, customer presentations and proposals
- Customer requirements gathering
- SLA and KPI management
- Contract management
- Resource allocation, prioritisation, allocation and delivery assurance
What to bring
- Service Delivery and Service Management experience, ideally in IT
- ITIL, Six Sigma or service management and improvement framework knowledge
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong communication, both verbally and written
- Competent utilising Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other productivity tools for producing reports, presentations, proposals and quotes
- Experience of Agile or Prince project management methodologies would be advantageous
