Managing the Managers continually strives to provide all supported users with first class service. We do however recognise that some executive users have important priority demands and we always maintain a list of customer VIPs as part of our standard Service Desk service process.

These individuals are provided with prioritisation and an enhanced level of service at no additional charge. We agree and maintain this VIP list with client IT Management ensuring there is optimum focus on identified key users.

Many clients also have us provide a formal, enhanced level of IT executive support for their Senior Management Executives. This is achieved by dedicating senior, respected support staff to provide personal Executive Support. Excellent, trusted relationships mature with the senior management to deliver top quality, superior service to these critical users.

This service is usually accompanied by an additional hours of service or out-of-hours cover as senior management tend to travel and work outside of the ‘normal’ work day. Executive Support delivers significant benefit to:
