Alasdair Macleod

Alasdair is a highly experienced technology leader with nearly 40 years in the IT industry, recognised for delivering complex, high‑impact solutions across multiple sectors and geographies. 

From his early career as a programmer to senior leadership roles, including Global IT Technical Director, he has built a reputation for tackling IT and security complexity with clarity, pragmatism, and measurable results.

Since joining prosource.it in 2012, Alasdair has successfully led transformative programmes for major clients, including billion‑dollar infrastructure projects, global technology migrations, and critical M&A transitions. His roles have taken him across the UK and internationally, regularly commuting between Aberdeen and London as well as travelling further afield to locations such as Hamburg and Singapore.

Alasdair is passionate about using technology to solve real‑world challenges and enjoys bringing together diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver outcomes that exceed expectations.
