As employee number six at prosource.it US, Tony has seen the business grow from a small team based in one room to the established presence it is today. 

From crisis response programmes to live trading floors, his work has consistently taken him to places where technology and real-world pressures meet. Often brought in when things aren’t going to plan, he is at his best in ambiguous and challenging environments. Tony has supported enterprise businesses across many sectors including oil & gas, automotive and professional services. 

During one large-scale response programme, Tony ran IT operations over a four-year period across five states. 

He later spent several years supporting the technology behind a fast-moving commodities trading environment for an oil and gas business. Performance in this environment had a direct impact on the business, so efficient project delivery and network reliability were critical. 

The next test of Tony’s resilience and ingenuity came when Hurricane Harvey hit. The business continuity drill he’d started just before quickly became his reality for nearly a month, protecting a trading operation that generated millions of dollars each day. 

Tony’s experience includes several significant global initiatives such as a time-pressured Windows 11 migration, recovering a delayed data centre programme and rolling out tech hubs across multiple regions.
