The provision of a fixed price scheduling, deployment and project management service to undertake the migration of end user clients to the Microsoft Windows10 platform - this included
- Project Management
- Provision of stakeholder engagement and project communications across the initiative
- Co-ordination and scheduling of the identified end users across the Trust
- Build, deployment and early support & training of the new Windows10 environment
- More than 8,000 end users and devices migrated
- 75% completed in 6 months; completion within 9 month deadline from initiation
